Improving Equitable Access to Evidence-Based Reading Strategies in Alaska

Region 16 Comprehensive Center and the Alaska Department of Education & Early Development are building a foundation for early literacy in Alaska through effective, accessible tools, and enriched educator capacity.

Results of the work completed to date have been felt across Alaska, and include better-equipped literacy educators and stronger relationships and trust with teachers in remote communities.
